The latest network diagnostic tool from Rotunda, the Enhanced Breakout Box Kit, can be used as a standalone tool or in conjunction with the VCMM Advanced Kit (164-R9823) to help your technicians discover network and wiring faults the first time! 

The tool allows for testing and diagnosis of vehicles with the latest generation, 26-pin Gateway Module connector - first introduced on the 2021 F-150, Mach-E, Edge, Nautilus and Bronco.

Swappable serial port cables mean this breakout box will adapt as new vehicle lines and vehicle networks are released.

Including cables for Ethernet and Enhanced Gateway Modules, this tool is a MUST-HAVE for diagnosing the ALL NEW Mach-E and F-150 Lightning.

The Enhanced Breakout Box Kit comes with "ethernet to serial port" and "26-pin GWM to serial port" cables. This allows you to change on the fly to diagnose any vehicle that comes in the shop.

Some 2021 and newer Ford and Lincoln vehicles may be equipped with an Enhanced Gateway Module and new Ethernet Network. The previous generation Gateway Module Breakout Box (164-R9852) does not have the ability to assist in diagnosis of this newer technology.

Because of the swappable serial port cables, if a new controller area network (CAN) protocol is developed, or a new Gateway Module is designed on future vehicles, you will only need to buy the corresponding cable Rotunda will provide.
