This lightweight plastic step stool performs better than any mechanic step you've ever tried. It is light enough to move around with your foot, but won't slide when your weight is on top of it because of the 4 large rubber pads on the bottom. This model has 2" cut aways at the base to allow air hoses and extension cords to run under this step. If you have a truck roll into your bay that is higher than normal you can stack this Shure-Step or the SS2Y-NOB to increase your working height from 10 inches to 16 inches. The Nobby Top keeps your shoes from sliding even when oil or coolant has been spilled on it. This mechanic step won't tip even when you're standing on the edge or leaning up against a truck!
